New Cairo

New Cairo is one of the largest and most prestigious cities in Cairo, with an area of about 70,000 feddans, consisting of several residential compounds, the largest of which is the 5th settlement. 
New Cairo is distinguished as it is east of the ring road in the confined distance between Cairo-Suez Desert Road and Katameya Road - Ain Sokhna. It is also distinguished by its proximity to the NA Road, which connects New Cairo residents to Nasr City, Muqattam and Downtown. 
New Cairo is distinguished by its excellent division and planning compared to the rest of Cairo neighborhoods. Its streets are wide and are characterized by calmness and low population density. Most of the neighborhoods of New Cairo City are considered to be high-end areas of high level.
